Tier 1
Examine the burning note.
Go to Kraken Point and look for a glowing orb of light, your “clue” at (167,28). When you walk over i, Obomsawin will spawn and attack you. Defeat him and examine the seared note to progress the mission.
Tier 2
Go to Azeban Span and search the area for clues. You will find it at the bottom of the mountain at (140,325). Obomsawin will attack you, defeat him and examine the seared note.
Tier 3
Go to Olegwasi Hill. You will find another “clue” and Obomsawin at (193,477). Defeat him and once again examine the seared note.
Tier 4
Lastly, go to the trailer park and find Obomsawin at his hiding spot at (277,634). Once there, you will have to avenge the boy by vanquishing Oliver Smith, thus, ending the mission.
