Tier 1: Locate & Seal The Nascent Hellrifts
Use the item in your inventory to start a radar tracking system. With it activated, you will head towards Nascent Hellrifts. The faster it beeps, the closer you are. Once they are visible, kill a few enemies and right click on the rifts to close them. You will find the rifts @ (618,814), (540,745), and (507,648).
