Tier 1: Examine The Journal & Find Missing Pages
Each journal page will spawn a Filth-Infected Worker when you get close to it. Be aware if you plan on running to the page with a trail of zombies behind you.
Tier 2: Kill The Filthy Groundskeeper
After you examine the final page, The Filthy Groundskeeper will spawn. Kill it to end the mission.
