Tier 1: Test The Poison on an Istrian Vampire

Open up your inventory and right click on the Dartgun when you have an Istrian Vampire targeted to inject it with Blood Poison.

Tier 2: Kill Vampires & Poison Blood Stocks

Kill 9 more vampires in the area while using your dart gun on Blood Stocks.  It should be noted that you can use the dart gun on the vampires to stun them for a few seconds every time the cooldown on the dartgun is up.  You cannot attack while it is casting though, so it may or may not be worth it, depending on your gear and build.

Tier 3: Test Poison on & Kill Istrian Freak Strains

Same deal as above.  Shoot one with the dartgun to test out the poison.  Follow up by killing three of the Istrian Freak Strains after testing out the dart gun.

Tier 4: Kill Death Squads & Colonel Lev Marazovich

All the way at the top you will find some death squads.  Test the poison on them and proceed to kill them if they are in your way.  Get up to Colonel Lev Marazovich and use the dart gun on him, then kill him.  Again, use the gun to stun if it’s worth it for you to do so.
