Tier 1: Collect Food, Water, & Gas
Water and Gas is found in a seperate area from the food. Simply click on them to collect them. There are literally everywhere, both inside and outside.
Be wary when picking up large amounts of food. It is infected with Filth and will give you a debuff that may kill you depending on your HP and the amount of food you pick up within a short period of time.
When you have everything, Deliver it to Zhara at her cafe in town to end the mission.
