Quest Starts at Coordinates: 642,1321

Tier 1:

“You would guess at the device being a receiver, but is anything in this  razed Soviet work town sill transmitting?”

Objective:  After picking up the quest, pick up the tracking device.

Objective:  Activate the Tracking Device in your inventory.

Tier 2:

Objective:  Make your way to Coordinates: 725,1087 – It will be in the 2nd level of a building.  You’ll have to clear a few bad things.

Objective:  Open the briefcase you found at above location, grab the Documents.

Objective:  With Documents in hand, time to turn it in.  Head to the quest marker and speak to Dr. Varias
