Tier 1: Inject Super-Soldiers With Serum To Test Effects
Pick up the Experimental Serums and start going around injecting things.
You can inject the big guys, or the little guys in the area. It doesn’t really matter. You will need to inject, then kill, then inject, then kill, etc… until you have injected and killed 4 super-soldiers before the mission will complete.
