You need to get the quest from outside of the tent, otherwise it will be buggy and may not appear from inside the Tent.
Tier 1: Collect 6 Ammunition Boxes
The ammo boxes are located just south of the Orochi Camp and respawn extremely quickly. When you have collected six, head back to the Orochi Camp. When you walk under the tent, the mission should complete.
