Tier 3: Search The Village for the Owl & Follow it
You can find the Owl @ (1104,994)
Once you find it, it will start to fly away. Every time it flies away, it will land and wait for you. When you get close, it will take off again. This repeats until you reach approximately (940,550).
Whey you reach the tree at the end, a cut-scene will play. Unfortunately, someone dragged mobs into the tree and interrupted it near the end. As this is a main story mission, and the end of tier 3, I cannot get it to replay.
Tier 4: Learn About Transylvania & The Romany
Go to (475,875) and Talk to Zaha about Transylvania.
Then continue into the Shadowy Forest and speak with Mihas about the Romany.
