Tier 1:Find Carmen Preda of the Council of Venice
You can’t miss her. The first person you see when you zone into the Besieged Farmlands. She is @ (1200,1242). When you approach, a cutscene will play.
Tier 2:Go to The Tavern and Search For Stories
Go to the local town, Harbaburesti. When you arrive, enter the tavern that is marked on your map. When you go inside, a cutscene will play.
