Pick up the head and make your way to the next map marker, the statue that it came from.
Tier 2: Restore The Dracula Statue
Simply click on the Statue of Dracula to magically re-attach the head.
Tier 3: Talk to Milosh
Go tell Milosh about your good deed to bring an end to the mission.
