Do this quest at the same time that you do “A Dying Breed” as the enemies you kill count for both missions.
Tier 1: Examine Frozen Bodies
Tier 2: Kill Winterkill Werewolves
Kill 20 of these. You should get it all done before you have to move on for the Dying Breed mission.
