Tier 1: Find a Functioning Orochi Terminal

Enter the Orochi encampment.

The Functioning Terminal you are looking for is inside the Orochi Truck @ (450,460).

When inside, play the message at the end of the list, as the other 2 are currently encrypted.

Tier 2: Gain Access to The Research Data

Head to the power plant to try to find a way to access the Research Data.

When inside, you can go down this tunnel to get some lore that is down there.  When you have it, come back up.

Access the Mainframe console in the corner of the room to discover that all of the data is Encrypted.

Tier 3: Kill The Mountain Zmeu & Decrypt Data

Climb up to the roof of the building.  Be carefull when stepping onto the roof.  There are patrolling Orochi Proximity Drones that will blow up if you let them touch you.  They do approximately 3 – 4k damage each so avoid them if possible or have a tank get blasted by them so you don’t have to deal with it.

Drop down to the roof below and head inside.

When inside, kill the Zmeu-Mother.  She doesn’t do anything special, just more of the same from the other monsters in the area.

With the mother dead, access the backup console to finally see the data without the encryption, ending the mission.
