Tier 1: Investigate Atenist Activity At The Lock
Start out by climbing up the ladder on the left hand side of the building. You will see a bunch of Atenists and Control Rods. The mission should update to Tier 2.
Tier 2: Free The Golem From Atenist Control
Destroy all the Control Rods that are channeling the Golem to free it from Atenist Control, ending the mission.
