Tier 1: Collect Supplies for Harbabureshi’s Defenders

Start out by clicking on the corpse right next to the quest start.  When you click on it, you will find a note that reads

If we survive you may grieve for the dead.
For now think only of what they leave behind.
Ammunition. Medicine. Weapons.

That being said, collect the ammo box that’s right next to you.  This re-spawns fast enough that you can collect all three right here in under a minute or two.

When you have the ammo boxes, jump down and head over to the truck @ 915,1132 to collect the medical supplies.

Lastly head over to another truck @ 897,1117 to collect the Weapon Crate.

When you have everything, run back to down and drop the supplies off at the crate.  If any of you played Left for Dead, the supplies will look familiar =)
