Mean Streets Mission Start

Tier 1:

Objective: Pick up proximity explosives  (This is important!)

Objective: Go to the al-Merayah outskirts

Objective: Find a key patrol member to eliminate
Head to the location on your map, and look for a patrol in the area, they wander through the entire marked area on your map.   Target one of the groups, your objective will update.

Look for the groups like the screenshot below, they are usually in packs of 3, two Atenist Personal Guards and The Masters Voice.

Objective:  Eliminate the Master’s Voice

To kill them easily:  Use the C4 you picked up from the mission start.
(Or, do what I did, attempt to kill them with out it, get annoyed, get a friend to help you, then have them say “Did you use the C4?!”)

You CAN kill them without using C4, if you’re in a group, or geared well enough, killing the groups is actually more efficient than placing C4 and waiting.  One thing to consider, make sure you kill “The Master’s Voice” last, as the item they drop is on a timer.

Once you’ve killed the group, an item will drop on the ground and update your objective.

Mean Streets Charred Note Fragment

Objective: Pick up the note fragment.

This is timed, it will despawn so make it quick!  Also, if anybody in your party picks it up, you’ll get credit for it as well!

Objective: Examine the note fragment. 

It’ll be in your inventory.

Tier 2:

Objective:  Eliminate a second Master’s Voice

Wander the area seeking another patrolling group.   Kill it.  Note Drops.  Etc.. etc..

Objective: Collect the 2nd note fragment.

Tier 3:

Objective:  Eliminate a third Master’s Voice

Same as before, wander the area seeking another patrolling group.   Kill it.  Note Drops.  Etc.. etc..

Objective: Collect the 3rd note fragment.

Tier 4:

Objective:  Eliminate a fourth Voice

Same as before, wander the area seeking another patrolling group.   Kill it.  Note Drops.  Etc.. etc..

Objective: Collect the 4th note fragment.

Objective:  Put the pieces together.

Objective: Examine the orders

Tier 5:

Objective: Eliminate the patrol on its way to the undisclosed location. 

Can be found patrolling the area around coordinate ( 523, 242 )

Objective: Collect the patrols orders

They’re dropped to the ground after killing the patrol.

Tier 6

Objective: Locate where the captives are being taken.

It is the door located at coordinates ( 323, 192 )

Mean Streets Date Factory Entrance

Objective: Try to access card reader at the door

Using the keypad updates your mission.

Objective:  Eliminate a Cultist leader.

Again, using C4, or super powers, kill the Cultist Leader and his entourage.  The best place I found to fight him or set a trap is behind the building with the door and keypad.  You’ll want to do your best to avoid the cameras (this is a stealth mission after all!)  and in the front of the building, the safe space to avoid the cameras is too narrow.   So head behind the building, set a trap or wait for the patrol.

Pick up the access card on the ground, it is relatively small.

Objective:  Unlock the door to the packing plant.

That completes the mission and leads on to: “The Prisoner

    68 hour cooldown = 3 days minus 4 hours

    Just a reminder at tier 5 you can still use the C4 making it much easier
