Tier 1
Objective: Follow Mama Abena’s Guidance
From the cut scene, you can see she references prophets, and what better than “The Fallen King”
Head over to the Prophet at Coordinates (190,280).
Upon arrival, a cutscene will play and advance you to Tier 2.
Tier 2
Objective: Find out what’s so special about the stones.
Click the large mosaic on the ground.
After clicking, there will be 12 intractable items on the ground and the mission will update.
Objective: Follow where the stones lead.
If you interact with each stone, you’ll get a picture with a word on each.
From standing in front of “The Fallen King” facing forward, I assigned a number value to each as follows…
1: Blank.
2: Blank.
3: SUB = Under
4: MAXIMUS = Famous
5: ARBOR = Tree
6: Blank
7: ILLE = He
8: FLEVIT = Wept
9: DIXIT = Said
10: ‘INFERIUS = Lower
11: SICUT = As
12: SUPERIUS’ = Above
Funny Note: I was staring at this for a bit, the wife comes in, and goes “That’s talking about Jesus when he wept under the tree before …….” (yea, I stopped listening at about that point..) But that made me run to the tree in Ealdwich park!
Head To Coordinates ( 147 , 288 ) Under the large tree to the north of the stage in Ealdwic Park and type /cry
Objective: Follow the paths of memory.
From here, you’ll see a glowing trail, follow it. It’ll take you down through the sewers and all over.. Just keep following it till you reach a door to enter the “Londinium Excavation”.
Objective: Explore the excavation.
As you get to the end, the mission will update to the next tier.
Tier 3
Objective: Inspect the image.
On the ground is a Broken sword hilt. Use it.
Once you pick it up, the mission will update again.
Objective: Complete the image.
At this point, the mission expects you to complete the image on the ground with 3 mystery pieces, 2 eye sockets and a mouth socket. So, let’s explore to the right
The Right Hallway…
There’s fire. Take your time through here, fire, hot, it burns. When you get to the end, you’ll see a lever, and a Golden coin. Grab the coin and hit the lever for a much easier way out.
The Left Hallway…
Grab the torch on your left as you make your way down the hallway. Head into the dark room, straight forward through the Lingering Caretakers (they won’t bite..) There’s not much reason to stray off the straight path, so go straight till you come to the other golden coin.
Grab it, and head back out.
The Mouth Socket
Disassemble the Sword Hilt You Picked Up At The Start Of This Tier.
This is where it is important that you either are a sword user, or have brought a sword!
Combine the Mercurious Glyph, which was the result of breaking down the broken hilt, with any sword in game to make the Mercurious Blade.
Objective: Proceed Further into the temple
As you enter, you’ll see a large tablet with the words:
Latin: Consequuntur Veneris Alter, Alter Mercurii Cursus, in Infimoque Orbe Luna Radiis Solis Accensa Convertitur
Translation: Followed by all of Venus and Mercury running and, in the rays of the Sun, the Moon revolves, lighted sphere still lower
This is in reference to Greco-Roman Astronomy, particularly Ptolemy’s 7 planetary spheres, which is basically the order the Romans saw our solar system:
1. Moon > 2. Mercury > 3. Venus > 4. Sun > 5. Mars > 6. Jupiter > 7. Saturn.
So, the goal of this puzzle is to light the Braziers in the proper order.
Based on the translation, it is: Venus, Mercury, Moon, Sun.
Or
3, 2, 1, 4
You will start from the far end of the hall, in front of the sealed door, facing towards the way you entered, the brazier in front of you (see picture below) is #1. Activate them in order 3, 2, 1, 4
Objective: Pass through the earthgate
As you enter the next room, the construct will engage you. Attack him to get him to cease his attacks for a few seconds then approach the agartha portal.
Your character will start to levitate, as if you are recalling into the Agartha, but will be interrupted by the construct. Continue this for awhile, damaging the construct and returning to the portal attempting to enter.
After a few rotations, the portal will finally open.
Objective: Finish the Roman Journey
Once the portal opens, the objective updates.
Objective: Enter the portal
That completes the mission, you’ll end up back in the Agartha! Completing the mission will get you your very own torch to carry around! Great for starting angry mobs of gullible European villagers and burning heretics!
