You get here by going to the village near the coordinates, and jumping down when you get to the corner during Mortal Sins Tier 6.  You can also just walk around the village to get here, whatever way you want to get here.  Here is what the entrance looks like.  it’s on ground level, far below the village.

Tier 1: Examine The Corpse

Easy, just click on the body.  Upon examining it, you find a mysterious stone.

Tier 2: Charge Purging Stone

Right click on it to charge the stone.  The item will be in your inventory, and a timer will start as soon as you click on it.

Tier 3: Use The Purging Stone on The Sinners

Go outside and follow the water.  These guys are everywhere, and respawn fairly quickly.  When you have a lot near you, click the stone.  It will take a second or two to cast, but when it does, they will all instantly die and you will receive kill credit.  Once you reach the amount required, the mission will end.
